Learn the Art of Hawaiian Poke: Private Chef Masterclass

Poke is more than a bowl — it's one of our oldest foods, and in this class you'll learn to make it the way it's meant to be, right in your own vacation kitchen. We'll work side by side: you'll feel fresh island ahi give under the knife, smell the limu and onion come alive, and learn how a handful of honest ingredients find their balance. I'll show you where poke comes from, what each piece means, and how to pick good fish so you can make it again long after your trip. Then we do the best part — sit down and eat what you made, together, with a few simple island sides. It's easygoing and fun, and you'll leave with a real skill and a taste of Hawaiʻi to carry home. No experience needed. Just come curious and hungry.
